How much does private party catering cost?

My party is small. Is that okay?
Yes, we don’t set guest minimums. Plenty of our events are intimate dinners and backyard parties; pickup and drop-off make small gatherings affordable, and one review put it best: “my event was pretty small in comparison to others that they do”, and they loved it.
What kinds of private events do you cater?
House parties, showers, graduation parties, milestone birthdays, holiday dinners, galas; if people are gathering around food, it’s our kind of event.
Can I order holiday meals for pickup?
Yes. Thanksgiving and holiday pickup orders are a customer favorite: ready when you arrive, packed well, with heating instructions included.
What's included if I want staff at my party?
Delivery, professional service staff, and setup and breakdown are included in our per-person prices. Plated dinners also include china place settings; for buffets and stations, china and other rentals are available as add-ons. Tax and gratuity are additional.
Do you provide bar service?
For bar and beverage service we work with Shaker Bar & Bev, a dedicated bar-service company; ask us and we’ll connect you. In-house, our menus include our own non-alcoholic signature drinks.
Do you require a deposit, and what if I have to cancel?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your estimated total secures the date and is credited toward your final balance, which is due 14 days before the event based on your guaranteed guest count. If you cancel more than 90 days out, there are no fees beyond the deposit; between 89 and 31 days out, 75% of the estimated total is retained; within 14 days of the event, no refunds are issued. Your signed agreement is the full, binding version.
How far ahead should I book?
Four to eight weeks for most parties; more for peak holiday weekends.
