How much does corporate catering cost?
Drop-off catering starts at $1,000 per order and pickup at $100. Staffed events start at $35 per person for buffets and $45 for stations. Market-wide in DFW, corporate catering runs from about $15–$28 per person for boxed lunches to $65–$120+ for premium full-service; our

Do we need full-service, or is drop-off enough?
For working lunches and meetings, drop-off is usually right: ready-to-serve food, no staff to pay for. For client-facing events, holiday parties, and anything where hosting matters, full-service staff earn their cost. We’ll tell you straight which one your event needs.
What's included with a staffed corporate event?
Delivery, professional service staff, and setup and breakdown are included in our per-person prices. Plated dinners also include china place settings; for buffets and stations, china and other rentals are available as add-ons. Tax and gratuity are additional.
How far ahead should we book?
Four to eight weeks for most corporate events. December books up fast, so lock in holiday party dates early.
Do you require a deposit, and what if we have to cancel?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your estimated total secures the date and is credited toward your final balance, which is due 14 days before the event based on your guaranteed guest count. If you cancel more than 90 days out, there are no fees beyond the deposit; between 89 and 31 days out, 75% of the estimated total is retained; within 14 days of the event, no refunds are issued. Your signed agreement is the full, binding version.
Can you handle dietary restrictions across a big team?
Yes. Tell us what your team needs (vegetarian, gluten-conscious, allergies) and we’ll build the menu around it, labeled so nobody has to guess.
